Washington WR-Antonio Goodwin hauled in this pass and raced 30-yards for the touchdown.
Atlanta, GA – On paper the game between the Washington Bulldogs (3-2) and the Therrell Panther (0-5) was a mismatch so it wasn’t a surprise when the Bulldogs dominated play to earn their forth win of the season and up their division record to 3-0.

Washington took the opening kick-off and marched right down the field; a pass from quarterback Quadral Forte to WR-Marcus Hightower picked up 24-yards on third and eight to give the Bulldogs a first down on the Therrell thirty-two. Brandon Smith ripped off runs of 16 and 8-yards to give his team a first and goal from inside the five-yard line. A couple of plays later RB-Adonis Loveoy scored the touchdown to put Washington up. The PAT by Brandon Bryant made the score 7-0.

The Bulldogs quickly made it 14-0 when Forte hit WR-Antonio Goodwin on forth down for 30-yards and a touchdown.

Washington quarterback Quadral Forte threw 4 first half touchdowns.
With time running down in the first quarter Washington’s Dazme Woods recovered a Therrell fumble to but the Bulldogs back in business. Washington drove the ball down to the Panthers sixteen before Forte connected on his third touchdown pass of the quarter to WR-David Guthridge. The two-point conversion made the score 22-0 as the first quarter came to an end.

The second-quarter was just a replica of the first; with 7:09 left in the half running back Qundravis Moss scored from 8-yards out to increase the lead to 30-0.

Therrell finally mounted a drive moving the ball all the way down to the Washington sixteen on the running of tailback Brandon Davis. The drive stalled and the Panthers were forced to try a 26-yard field goal that was blocked.

Washington tailback Rontavius Daniel broke off runs of 23 and 18-yards to move the ball to the Therrell twenty-yard line. The Panthers defense made a big play that resulted in a loss of 10-yards but on the next play Forte would finish off a big-time half connecting with Brandon Smith for 30-yards and his forth touchdown pass of the game to give Washington a 36-0 halftime lead.

Coach Pritchard’s starters gave way to the reserves in the second half.

Therrell RB-Bradon Davis ran tough all game long.
The Panthers avoided the shutout when quarterback Michael Johnson scored from three-yards out midway through the third quarter to make the score 36-7.

A 63-yard kick-off return by Washington’s Marcus Hightower set up a 29-yard touchdown run by Rontavius Daniel. Moss would score Washington’s last touchdown of the game, his second touchdown on a 38-yard run.

Davis who ran hard all game long for Therrell was finally rewarded for his efforts with a short touchdown burst but it wasn’t nearly enough to prevent the Panthers from falling to 0-6 on the season.

The Final Score: Washington 48 – Therrell 13
