4SHOT Sports Street Talk - "Live in L.A." L.A. "Keeping It Real" with Karl Teal Karl: “Well it’s been my dad and my Lil’ Big Brother but most importantly my moms. My mom is a person who will come to my games no matter where it is or how bad the weather is that she has to drive in.” L.A.: “How long have you actually been playing basketball?” Karl: “Dang, WOW!!! Since I was 5 years old right after little league baseball.” L.A.: “What has been one of the most disappointing moments or times so far in your career? Karl: “Not making it to the State playoffs last year when we had the best talent in Dekalb County.” L.A.: “What about some of the high points in your career so far? L.A.: “What do you think you need to do to get yourself ready for the next level of basketball?” Karl: “Get my work ethic much better than what it is because I know that it takes hard work, determination, and also dedication to make it to the next level and if I work on that now, I won’t have any problems.” Karl: “The big PG. To me that’s the biggest man on the court, it’s the heart inside the PG. “ L.A.: “What is the strongest part of your game?” Karl: “L. A. you already know its dat KILLA DEFENSE.” L.A.: “What type of personal and or team goals have you set for this season?” L.A.: “Who has been one of the toughest players you have had to guard?” L.A.: “Do you have a nickname?” L.A.: “What AAU Team did you play for this summer and how does summer ball (AAU) differ from high school ball?” Karl: “I played with the Atlanta All-Stars with Michael Moynihan (Centennial), Aaron Parr (St. Pius X), and Ty Anderson (Oconee County). L.A.: “If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be and why?” L.A.: “I’m going to throw out some word comparisons and I want you to choose one, Nike, Reebok or Adidas?” L.A: “What’s your favorite food?”
Karl: “Miami Heat” L.A.: “What’s your favorite TV Show and movie?” L.A.: “What do you like to do when you are not playing basketball?” Karl: “Chillin with my girl, talking to my mom, spending time with my dad, and just thinking about how I can make myself better not only in basketball but as a person.” L.A.: “Thanks for taking the time for a little Street Talk and good luck!” If you want to “Keep it Real" on Street Talk …holla at me This is Larry “L.A.” Williams …PEACE!
